If for any reason you're not satisfied with our services, we offer a clear and transparent refund policy: Membership Cancellations: If you cancel your membership within the first 7 days of joining, you’ll receive a full refund. After this period, we are unable to offer refunds but can provide a credit for future use. Class Bookings: Refunds for canceled classes are available if you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time. Late cancellations will not be eligible for a refund but can be rescheduled based on availability. Equipment or Merchandise Purchases: Refunds or exchanges for equipment or merchandise are available within 14 days of purchase, provided items are unused and in their original condition.
